Vanilla - 2009, 15.2 hands, Cremello Quarter Horse Mare

Vanilla is a grade cremello Quarter Horse mare. She is very pretty and correct. She was used as pack horse and mountain horse before being put into a broodmare band. We bought her specifically to breed to Sudden but she may be back under saddle when her foal is weaned.

Update June 2016: I have put Vanilla back to work and she is a nice riding horse. She has super soft canter and she is brave on trails. I am not breeding anymore mares for the time being so I will continue training Vanilla until she sells.

Update October 2016: Vanilla has been ridden by kids, teens and adults all summer and fall. She is broke and steady to the fences. I absolutely love jumping her! She is solid over 2'6" and plenty tough enough for more. She'd be a great eventer because she is brave and steady.

Update November 2016: Vanilla just showed 2'6" jumpers at the Northwind Show in Nampa, Idaho on November 12, 2016. Check out her video below!. She was great with her first trip to an indoor arena and her first real show. No spook, not a missed beat.

Update March 2017: Vanilla has been ridden all winter and hauled to the monthly jumper shows. I have put together a video showing what we have been doing with her. She has also been trail riding and taken to the de-spooking clinic. See video below.Vanilla is headed to California for schooling and training. She will be on a variety of cross country courses and have some major exposure. She is even going to the eventing park in Paso Robles, CA. Check back for updated pictures and video in the next few weeks. I can't wait to see what the girls do with her!

Update April 2017: Vanilla has just returned from her schooling trip to California. See pictures below. She did some amazing work on cross country and was a dream on the ocean. The pictures and video tell the story. This mare is tough and ready for serious competition. Contact Heather Gable at 208-602-1213 for more information.

Sold to be a theriputic riding horse and continue her training in dressage!
